Hope my problem description makes sense. I've tried reconnecting the controllers to no success. NettetMy solution was to remove the joy-con from the switch and bend the bottom of the "guide" part, (where the pins are) ever so slightly towards the joy-con itself so that when you put it back into the switch, it tightens up the connection between the console and joy-con.
