Web16 mei 2024 · At my shop we recently replaced an oil cooler on a 2012 Journey. To save the customer money, we bought a 2024 model oil cooler for more than $100 less than the 2012 model. I installed the cooler and stopped there while we waited for intake gaskets. End of my shift came and the boss said one of my co-workers would finish it. So at least the housing should not develop any cracks from over tightening. And I shine a light down there every oil change and so far it looks dry.
