It literally makes 0% sense. Please someone tell me where Hanzo’s kit was lacking that he should get bouncing arrows to get kills on enemies literally taking cover from his 1-shot spam?

WebIt is absolutely a nerf. Where a full charged headshot would kill a 200hp hero in one shot, this change makes them take normal damage and tick down for a few seconds before they die. Assuming they don't get healed. A hero like Moira can fade out of the poison and survive a shot that should kill her.
