WebApr 25, 2010 · As for the motor mount bracket, I believe PirateMcFred had a problem with it because he was running the F23/H23 in a Prelude, and had to use an F22a timing side mount bracket. WebFeb 15, 2012 · The VTEC mechanism is only on the intake side IIRC whereas in performance motors it is on intake and exhaust. It is also meant for better mpgs rather than more power. If you're on a budget, they aren't a bad way to go as far as building them up.
