WebDec 21, 2005 · Don't head to upper decks until you are sure you feel ok or you are sure the seas have calmed. The staff on the ship recommends green apples. They will give them to you. We don't have trouble when the rough seas are at night as laying down makes you feel much better than standing up. It is ALL worth it.
